The World Bank Annenberg Partnership in Strategic Communication for Reform was created in 2011 to use research and best practices in communication to advance governance reform through education, ongoing research projects and the development of support networks. The World Bank Group partners include the World Bank Leadership Practice and the External and Corporate Relations Operational Communications Department. The Annenberg partners are from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California and the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
